To ensure your dessert is reserved and crafted to the highest quality, we ask that all orders be placed at least two weeks in advance. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your date.

If you need your order sooner, accommodations can often be made; however, a $30 rush fee will apply. Same-week orders are also subject to the $30 rush fee, and acceptance will depend on the volume of orders that week. This helps us maintain the quality and attention to detail you expect from Abundantly Sweet.

The remaining balance must be paid in full during the week of your event. This allows us to finalize preparations and deliver your order at its freshest.

You have the choice of picking up your order or having it delivered:
• Orders under $200: For locations outside a 15-mile (or 1-hour) radius, a delivery fee of $40 is automatically added, plus $0.50 per mile beyond the 15-mile radius.
• Orders over $200: Delivery is 20% of the total order, plus $0.50 per mile for locations beyond a 15-mile radius.

Unless otherwise arranged, deliveries are made one day prior to your event. For the safest and most secure delivery, we recommend that the decorator handle delivery personally.

We take great care in creating and delivering your desserts. However, Abundantly Sweet is not responsible for damage that occurs after your order has been picked up or delivered. Orders damaged due to customer handling are nonrefundable. If damage is repairable, we offer restoration services for a fee determined by the severity of the damage. In cases where the decorator is at fault and the damage cannot be repaired, appropriate compensation will be provided.
